On departure, your chauffeur picks you up at your hotel or home (we call you the day before to confirm the time) and your agent welcomes you at the airport drop-off zone, coordinating with your chauffeur.
Yes. Every package, including Meet & Greet only, includes fast-track immigration on arrival: your agent takes you through the priority lanes at passport control and customs.

Fixed prices for 1 to 3 guests: Meet & Greet only €290, Business Door-to-Hotel (Mercedes E-Class) €399, Family Van Door-to-Hotel (Mercedes V-Class) €449, Executive Door-to-Hotel (Mercedes S-Class) €499. Prices include VAT, tolls and parking.
Every package is a fixed price for 1 to 3 guests. For 4 to 6 guests there is a flat €150 supplement, and the Mercedes V-Class van is used (or Meet & Greet only). Above 6 guests, contact us for a quote.
Yes. The Meet & Greet only package (€290 for 1–3 guests) covers the welcome at the aircraft door, fast-track immigration, luggage assistance and escort to the exit, without a transfer.
A private black car with a professional chauffeur: Mercedes E-Class sedan (Business, up to 3 guests), Mercedes S-Class sedan (Executive, up to 3 guests) or Mercedes V-Class van (Family Van, up to 6 guests and plenty of luggage).
Business (E-Class) and Executive (S-Class) take 2 checked suitcases + hand luggage. Family Van (V-Class): 5 checked bags included for 1–3 guests (up to 3 extra at €20 each), 8 included for 4–6 guests, 8 maximum. Meet & Greet only: 5 included for 1–3 guests, 8 for 4–6, extra bag €20 (up to 15 bags online). More luggage: custom solution on WhatsApp. Carry-on bags are free.
Yes, at no extra charge. Tick “Wheelchair assistance” when booking and we arrange it from the aircraft door. It is reserved for guests with genuine walking difficulties.
Yes. The Family Van (Mercedes V-Class) fits up to 6 guests and 8 checked bags. Add child seats or any special request in the booking notes and we will confirm with you.
Yes. Choose “Departure”: your chauffeur picks you up at your hotel or home and drives you to CDG or Orly. Your agent welcomes you at the drop-off zone (kiss & fly), assists with check-in and luggage, and escorts you through the fast-track lanes at security and passport control up to boarding. The Hotel-to-Airport packages are 10% cheaper on the car part of the price.
Yes. When you book your return transfer at the same time, before payment, the return trip is 20% off.
We track your flight in real time and adjust the meeting time to your actual landing time, at no extra cost.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service (full refund). Between 48 and 24 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
No. Our prices are all-inclusive and no tip is expected.
You are charged in euros (EUR). The US dollar amount is shown for information only; your bank applies its own exchange rate. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via SumUp.
