Data we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number.
• Travel details: flight number, date and time, airport and terminal, hotel or address, number of guests and bags, wheelchair needs and any notes you provide.
• Payment: handled entirely by SumUp. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference — never your full card number.

Why we use it

Only to perform the service you booked (welcome at the airport, transfer, contacting you on the day), to send your confirmation and to meet our legal accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

Who receives it

Our greeters and chauffeurs assigned to your booking, our payment provider SumUp, our hosting provider Netlify and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Retention

Booking data is kept for the duration of the service and then for the period required by French accounting law (10 years for invoices). Wheelchair information is deleted once the service is completed.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase or object to the processing of your data, or request portability, by writing to contact@parismeetandgreet.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The SumUp payment form may use strictly necessary cookies to process your payment securely.
