Arriving in Paris with reduced mobility should not mean waiting alone. With Royal Twins, wheelchair assistance is arranged from the aircraft door and your personal greeter accompanies you and your companions through passport control, baggage claim and all the way to your car.

How to request it
In the booking form, tick “Wheelchair assistance” and choose the number of wheelchairs needed. This option is reserved for guests with genuine walking difficulties. Add any useful details (own wheelchair, transfer needs) in the notes.

Fixed prices, VAT, tolls and parking included. Luggage: E/S-Class 2 suitcases + hand luggage; V-Class up to 8 checked bags (5 included for 1–3 guests, extra €26; 8 for 4–6). Car packages: −10% on the car part. Return transfer booked at the same time: −10%. Free cancellation up to 48 hours.
Chauffeur transfers (Door to Hotel and Hotel to Airport) are available for addresses in Paris & inner suburbs (75, 92, 93, 94) only; other areas on custom quote via WhatsApp. Meet & Greet only is available whatever your destination.
How it works

- Choose Meet & Greet only or a Door-to-Hotel package with a Mercedes.
- Pay securely online (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You receive a confirmation email.
- On the day, your greeter meets you at the aircraft door.
